Preparation
:  Dendrobium can be added to most Chinese nourishing soups.  Soak dendrobium for 1-2 hours before use.  15g or ½ ounce can be used for about 6 servings of chicken/pork soup.  The following ingredients can be used in conjunction with dendrobium:  chinese yam, long an, goji berry, lily bulb, solomon’s seal, lotus seed, Chinese south almond. /
