Ways to acquire a parasite include:
Eating unwashed fruits and vegetables.
Eating sushi.
Kissing your pet.
Sharing a bed with your pet.
Drinking tap water.
Drinking untested well-water.
Avoiding raw or undercooked beef, pork, fish and chicken is an obvious step
in prevention. Water chestnuts, watercress, unwashed fruits and vegetables,
and mountain water are also to be avoided. Parasites love sugar and
carbohydrates as well as other easily assimilated foods. It is best to eliminate
sweets, alcohol and potato chips while cleansing. Pumpkin seeds, garlic,
calmyrna figs, pomegranates, cranberry juice, and apple cider vinegar are
good foods to include in your diet to control parasites. Parasitic infections
take hold when the body is alkaline. Keeping the intestines slightly acidic may
help prevent and treat an infection. Cranberry juice or diluted apple cider
vinegar (2 tablespoons to eight ounces of water) works well for this.
The subject of parasites can be unpleasant, yet it is more common than most
people are aware of. Becoming proactive about parasite maintenance can
make a big difference in overall health. Doing a preventative program can
ease your worries about uninvited guests.
Many of us on the Body Ecology Diet know that some of these organisms
living naturally in our bodies can actually be extremely beneficial to our health.
This is one of the reasons why we eat fermented foods that are brimming with
these beneficial microorganisms.
Other organisms are not so beneficial. In fact, parasites ranging from
tapeworms to Candida albicans, which can become a fungal parasite, have
been associated with chronic disorders ranging from mental confusion and
neurodegeneration to autoimmune diseases like Irritable Bowel Syndrome
(IBS) and Reactive Arthritis.
If you are living in an industrialized country, you may think that parasites are
horror stories from developing countries. Or, that the closest you would come
to a parasitic infection is traveler’s diarrhea. In the United States, for
example, you can pick up a parasite from a restaurant or a tick bite.
Over 50% of Americans have a parasitic infection, and Livestrong quotes the
World Health Organization: over 3.5 million people worldwide are infected
with parasites, BUT also states that Americans are not as susceptible as
others because of our general sanitary environments. “Parasites can live
within the intestines for years without causing any symptoms.” Lovely. They
also peg “Exposure to child and institutional care centers” as one possible
“cause” of a parasitic infection, which pretty much describes all children
attending school, correct? Parasites are apparently quite contagious,
especially when people don’t have perfect hand-washing habits.
Unfortunately, most doctors are not trained in the treatment of parasites. It is
only when parasites are visually seen that American doctors will suspect
them, which requires an especially terrible case. There are many symptoms
of parasite infestation which people experience in daily life, believing that
these issues are completely normal. While sickness has become somewhat
normal in the modern lifestyle, it does not need to be. The amount of damage
that can be caused by parasites is virtually limitless, because many types of
them are small enough to travel anywhere in the body through the blood
stream. Parasites obtain sustenance by robbing the body of nutrients. They
are the root cause of lupus, with all other issues being secondary to the
parasitic infection. Therefore, lupus cannot be cured without a thorough
parasite cleanse. Lupus is officially reported to be just another "incurable
disease" and an "autoimmune disorder" by the establishment. Most
parasites can be avoided by thoroughly cooking foods and by never drinking
unfiltered water.
The next phase of a parasite cleanse is actually killing the parasites and
parasitic eggs that are present in the body. There are several different herbal
remedies and foods that have anti-parasitic properties. Taking an herbal
supplement designed to kill harmful organisms is another great way to
remove parasites. Fresh pineapple and papaya are two good food sources
for killing parasitic worms. Pomegranate juice is effective against tapeworm
infections.Other effective de-wormers include pumpkin seeds, garlic, onions,
carrot tops, radish roots, kelp, cabbage, almonds, blackberries, sauerkraut,
and fig extract. There are also several ready-made herbal preparations that
can be used to cleanse parasites from the system.
There are dietary recommendations for the parasite cleanse in regards to food which are best avoided to assist with the cleanse for best results. You should avoid the following while performing the Complete Parasite Cleanse to reap the most benefits from your cleanse: Eliminate (or strictly limit) sugar intake, sucrose, fructose, lactose, glucose, sorbitol, galactose, maple syrup, brown sugar, raw sugar, date sugar, honey, and artificial sweeteners. Eliminate foods with yeast (ex. breads, pastries, etc.) Alcohol, pop, coffee, fermented beverages, and ciders. Along with a healthy diet the following can be helpful to add during your 10-day cleanse if it's convenient and if you wish to add these staples to your cleanse: raw garlic, pumpkin seeds, pomegranates, beets and raw carrots (fresh or 8 oz juiced daily), fennel tea. Consult your physician before starting this or any new dietary supplement.
Benefits:
Kill them off with herbs and supplements The following herbs and
supplements can be beneficial for over 100 types of parasitic infestations of
the intestines. Be leery of parasite cleansing kits that last only 2 weeks or
even upwards of a month. You should be rotating your anti-parasitic herbs for
at least 3 months in order to account for varying gestation periods of different
parasites. What does this mean? It means something very disgusting
actually. The average “growing” time from egg to adult of most parasites in
around 3 months. Just because you kill the adults off and feel great, doesn’t
mean you got the eggs that are now hatching! Keep with your regime for at
least 3 months to see real, long-lasting results and remember that though 3
months seems like forever… it can enhance your quality of life indefinitely
with periodic maintenance and future preventative measures.
Parasites detest Sulfur & Garlic! Zinc & Sulfur attack worms in the GI tract,
dessicate (dry up) external parasites & larva, & promote healing of skin &
soft tissue.
Oregano Grape Root:
This all-purpose natural antibiotic, antiviral, antimicrobial healer has been recognized for its multiple facets in preventing colds, flus, upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions, candida overgrowth and so on. However, what is not as well known is that oregano oil and the effect of its main phenolic compounds (carvacol and thymol) on parasites is quite pronounced. In one study, 77 percent of patients treated for enteric parasites were parasite free after taking oil of oregano in tablet form for six weeks. These results are incredible, but it important to make sure you take all other necessary precautions we talked about, such as dietary changes and doing a cleanse for a minimum of 3 months. Just because those tested for adult worms were clear in 6 weeks, doesn’t mean those dormant eggs weren’t waiting to hatch and reinfect them all over again
Black walnut:
Black walnut (Juglans nigra) hulls contain a substance that
helps the body eliminate parasites. Black walnut hulls also have been
suggested for the treatment of poison oak, a local skin irritation caused by
plant toxins, as well as canker sores, herpes cold sores, and eczema. Black
walnut is an anti-parasitic and anti-fungal herb that may has been used to
ringworm, athlete’s foot, and vaginal yeast infections. It contains both iodine
and tannins with strong antiseptic properties. Black walnut is included in
Hulda Clark’s anti-parasite program. The anti-fungal properties of black
walnut have been known to promote bowel regularity.
Wormwood Powder:
Wormwood (genus Artemisia) is available as an
essential oil. It has been used since ancient times as a parasite cleanse and
insect repellent. Wormwood also is a key ingredient in absinthe, an
emerald-green liqueur.
Cloves:
This magical flower bud is a powerhouse of goodness when it comes to clearing your gut of creepy crawlies! From the plant Syzygium aromaticum, clove has also been used since ancient times in both Ayurvedic and Western herbal medicine. Originally used as a carminative (preventer of intestinal gas formation/expulsion), cloves have also been proven to work for indigestion, abdominal cramping and pain, nausea, and even as a topical application for toothaches! For our purposes, the key constituents in clove that pertain to its anti-parasitic activity are eugenol, eugenol acetate, beta-caryophyllene, flavonoids, tannins and phenolic acids, with EUGENOL being the main medicinal property. Both water and alcohol preparations of clove bud have shown to be nematocidal and particularly effective against Anisakis spp. Larva, Caenorhabditis elegans, Rhabditis macrocerca and Ascaris suum. Perhaps most important though is that clove doesn’t differentiate between the eggs of different species and can be instrumental in preventing recurrent infections by dislodging eggs from the intestinal wall and killing them.
