Sterling Silver Candlesticks by Ellmore Silver Company. This pair of Sterling Silver Candlesticks are weighted and reinforced. They polished up very well and have very little tarnish. Despite the angle of my pictures, they are straight and uniform. These candlesticks are 8 1/4 inches tall. The diameter of the base is 3 3/4 inches. They are sturdy and the candlestick holes do not have any old wax residue. On the bottom is stamped the symbol for the Ellmore Silver Co., and the words Sterling, Weighted and Reinforced as well as the numbers 222. These are Vintage pieces and as such are used. There are some light scratches on the base from use and polishing. It is difficult to photograph them because of the brightness of the shine. There is one tiny ding about the size of the tip of a sharp pencil on the base of one candlestick. I could not get it to show up in my photos.
