DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All items ship using USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight, size and destination.  All items are carefully and professionally packaged and promptly shipped to ensure safe efficient delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship internationally on all items (permissible by country of import) using the EBAY Global Shipping Program.
All international packages will ship to the EBAY Global Shipping Center in Kentucky, or wherever we are directed to ship by EBAY.  We do not have any information regarding the address or rate of shipping after delivery to the service center.
We are not responsible for added delays due to the postal system or customs office procedures in your country (usually 1-2 weeks).  Please allow additional time in your estimated delivery date based on these potential delays.
Free shipping discounts and domestic rates do not apply to international shipping.

PAYMENT

RETURNS
Returns are allowed on all items based on the following: Returns must be received by us within 30 days from payment date, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as shipped, and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to notify us through the EBAY system, within 48 hours of the official stated USPS delivery date, to request a return.  Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.  All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
