    Vinatge Ibanez UE-400 Mulit-Effects Black Made In Japan Rare Find
    early to mid 80s rack mountable effects board.
    Great unit. Been in storage for years and worked fine when it went into storage.  I dont have a way to test as i no longer have a guitar.
    Sold as is due to age but item powers up and all pedal and knob functions work.
    Signs of use but these are built like tanks. I do show the foot pedal has missing screws as shown but the top is NOT loose. i am not sure if they fell out or if someone went in there for repair but i repeat...this unit was fully functional with no issues that i can recall. THe pots might need to be lubed with dexoit ...but again thats simple. I really wish i had a way to test this further but i do not at this time. At this price its a steal for this unit.
    Rare hard to find unit that sounds great.
