Henley, this booklet has writing and back page missing.  Postcard note of the U.S. Coast Guard Base Alameda, California.  It has detailed descriptions of the Base, the young service man’s experience on the base.  A photo of The Tahhy, a 311 foot white cutter, where the young service man was working.   The KEEL Book is is very good condition.  All items age appropriate to the time, spots, creases.  Media mail.
