    Russian Red Army Muslim Units Shoulder Patch ( 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"), the patch is replica. Russian Civil War, (1918 - 1922).
    In January 1918, a military department was created under the Central Commissariat for Muslim Affairs of the People's Commissariat for Nationalities, which on April 28 was transformed into a military collegium, and on May 31 into the Central Muslim Military Collegium with direct subordination to the Council of People's Commissars M.Vakhitov was appointed Chairman of the Board. In June 1918, he signed the order of the TsMVK No. 7,of which the uniform of military personnel of Muslim units was established.....
