You are looking at a collectors plate from the Royal Cornwall Company.  This plate is from the Golden Age Of Cinema Collection. and the movie is  The Philadelphia Story which starred Cary Grant, Kathryn Hepburn and James Stewart.  Quite the cast.  This plate comes with its original plate card along with the original certificate of authenticity.  This is plate  12615 of 22500.  The plate looks NIB as well as the box that has the original styrofoam and plastic bag around the plate.
