    Individually made patch by Humboldt County embroidery business. Same business made many of the local Police, Constable and Fire patches for Humboldt and Del Norte County agencies.
    I joined eBay back in 1998 as a way to expand my patch collecting hobby. My focus then and now was HOBBY. As collectors have come and gone, I've been able to acquire duplicates to trade for patches I didn't have.
