RARE! Early 1900's Pabst Brewing Co., Milwaukee Framed Sign w/Original Mat

RARE!  Early 1900's Pabst Brewing Co., Milwaukee, Framed Advertising Sign with Original Mat.
Total framed dimensions 16.75" x 20.5".  Opening portion only measures 10" x 13".
The original mat has "Pabst" at the top and "Milwaukee" at the bottom.   Material appears to be a thicker cardboard as there is slight paper loss at the top right corner and shows the material.
In addition to the top right corner cardboard material loss, there is a large pinhole above the "P" in Pabst.
It is larger than a traditional pinhole, like a 1/8" diameter hole.
There is also a slight tear below and slightly to the right of the top turnip.  Doesn't look like paper separation it is doesn't stand out.
Back of the frame shows blue and cream color masking tape adhering the matting to the frame.  Sign is sight unseen on back as I have not removed framed to examine.
Beautiful iconic Pabst advertising piece.
