1. Stock photo: These are custom photos of the item we are selling.  Usually, when possible we like to post a stock photo of a NEW item. If the item is described as new in the box, it will almost always be a stock photo from the manufacturer (they take the best pictures). If you are concerned that the picture is not a stock photo, please email and ask, we will be happy to confirm or not. If the item pictured is from a stock photo, and the box has not been opened, there may be slight differences in the appearance of the item, unknown to OnlyGreatDeals-NV. We will always give you as much information as we can.
2. BUY it NOW versus Auction listings:  BUY it NOW (BIN) is a wonderful Ebay feature.  This feature allows us to offer an item at what we believe is a really good fair market “sale” value, often as much as 75% below retail. When we suggest a Buy it Now (BIN) price, whether in regard to Vintage, Used items or Brand NEW, this price is based on what we believe bidders in a true auction would be willing to bid in order to buy the item at a fair price (which for new items on Ebay is always below MSRP), +/-10%. This is based on similar items, similar condition and most importantly---- similar quality , that have been sold recently on Ebay.  Also, with BIN we offer the item without putting a ‘reserve’ price and making the bidders play the game of waiting to see if their best bid will even meet the reserve.  If you know what you are willing to pay we invite you to make your ‘best offer’(when available)– if we are satisfied we will accept it, otherwise, no harm.  We urge you not to wait and see what the item sells for because in most cases our offering will be a one-of-a-kind item from us- and once it’s gone, it’s gone!

If you receive an item that is broken or otherwise not as described, please email us with your telephone number for a return authorization within 3 days of your receipt.  Any and all returns for whatever reason must be shipped back within 5 days after your receipt (per the shipping confirmation) or a refund will not be given. We always want you to be delighted with your purchase and we will make every effort to that end. It is important to keep all packing materials, particularly if a claim must be made to the carrier. Some items are manufacturer warranted, see description for details. 7. We only ship to the lower 48 states, however, if the item is one which you believe we could ship to you, please contact us before bidding and we will confirm shipping fees. We ship the way that we think is most appropriate for the particular item to get fast service and manage costs.  We state a maximum time within which we will ship (in case of the unexpected), however, we almost always ship the next business day after receipt of cleared funds/payment (see our feedback!). After receipt of payment we will email you with the actual expected shipping date.   Communication with our buyers is high priority! Expedited shipping time is approximate because not in our control, but we promise to ship the first business day following receipt of cleared funds.
8. We permit pick-up in Las Vegas for most items, with prior arrangement./appointment, however, we do charge a nominal fee for this service. Please inquire before bidding.
9. Tracking and shipping:  We track most items shipped to confirm delivery, however,
we always recommend you take insurance for the full amount of the final value, or else the shipping risks are assumed by the buyer. Please email for cost of insurance for your item prior to paying. Additionally, we recommend you request "signature required delivery" the fee is usually around , but well worth it to prevent a parcel from being left unattended at your door when no one is home.
