Shipping is set to just the cost of mailing the item to you. I provide all packing materials
without handling fees and I make sure that when it leaves me that it is as secure as can be.
Please understand that when purchasing a fragile item like glass or china that the package
is at the mercy of the USPS. Obviously the closer you are to Nevada the better when making
such purchases as that allows for less time in transit and less distance. If damage occurs
I am more than willing to make sure that my customers don't feel this loss financially. It
is imperative to alert me to any issues, and to allow me to settle the situation. We do not
accept returns, but will address case by case basis when something is broken in transit.
We can combine shipping if you are interested in more than one item, please contact us to
inquire. We will not however negotiate lower shipping costs. I select the methods that I think
will get the item to your doorstep in the safest manner possible keeping the materials, and
fragility in mind when setting up shipping cost. I do not overcharge for shipping, nor do I
