Vintage Floating Palace Gambling Club Chip. Floating Palace was located in Vinton Louisiana from the 1940’s to the 1960’s. Good condition, no scratches or chips. Records from the manufacturer show that this chip was ordered in 1959 and delivered the same year.1000 of them were delivered to The Palace.
