    Gold Itari 11" Vintage Hand Painted Japanese Charger Plate. Condition is pre-owned but in great condition. Plate is 11" in diameter and is hand painted. Vibrant colors are red, blue, white and green. I looked up this company as I am not familiar with it, it seems to have been distributed by Otagiri Merchantile Company.
