For sale is a fairly good (defined: Good, but not great and is priced accordingly)is damaged and has surface wear, creases, big circles around his head from the vinyl record impression,

Edward Byrnes and Connie Stevens.
The single was produced by Karl Engemann and arranged by Don Ralke, and was featured on Byrnes' 1959 album, Kookie
Is bent and has bents corners.
I have supplied a lot of photos.
Regardless of the fair/fairly good condition, if framed it would look really good.
Measures: 8" x 10" approx.
Surface wear and damaged to the surface.
Enlargements might show darker yellowing around the edges, it is from the scanner.
