Antique Vienna Austria Pre 1866 Silver Candlestick

For sale I have an antique silver candlestick. From what I can figure out from the hallmark it is pre 1866 made in Vienna Austria. I cant make out the number in the top part of the circle to identify the silver purity. I don't know what the inital mark that is to the left of the hallmark means. It looks like wv. I was told this candlestick broke in half. However, they look like 2 complete different patterns to me. The bottom half measures 10.75" tall and the upper half is about 9 " tall. The bottom half has the hallmark. I can't find any marks on the upper half. Together there is 600 grams of silver. Any thoughts or corrections about this is very much welcome. Paypal is accepted.
