    Description

    REPRODUCTION of the U. S. Marine Corps "Soochow" Creek Medal.  This is an unofficial medal given to USMC Marines in Shanghai China in the 1930's to commerate actions in the Soochow Creek area of the city.  Ours is a REPRODUCTION of the 1937 version.  Ours medal is copied from an original and comes with a yellow ribbon with brown middle stripe.  Please note that other versions exist and may have different ribbons. Medal is 1 1/2 inches around ribbon is 1 1/2 x 6 inches.
