    These freshly harvested, wild Ganoderma conks were sustainability harvested in the Rocky Mountains of northwestern Montana. The weight is dry weight. These mushrooms make great canvas medium for oil or acrylic paint, as well as wood burning, and photographic transfer processes. The colors and sheen of the layered top and sides of the mushroom can be brought out with varnish, lacquer, wax, or linseed oil.
    They
    would also work well as a taxidermy mount.
    These conks can also be used make tea or added to various recipes. The mushrooms make a mellow, pleasant tasting tea.
    These conks were freshly harvested from black cottonwood, red birch, and gray alder trees, in the pristine forests of northwest Montana, near the Canadian border.
    These mushrooms are also referred to by the common names of artist's bracket, artist's fungus, bear bread, kofuki-saru-no-koshikake, lingzhi, ping gai zing zhi, and shu she lingzhi.
